With the irresistible rise of Hollywood cinema in the 1970s came a new desire among moviegoers to recreate the most faithful movie experience possible at home. To harmonise these experiences, Lucasfilm chose JBL in 1983 to develop an exclusive audio range certified with the THX label. JBL Synthesis was born.
Since then, the brand has specialised in excellent audio equipment for music and, above all, cinema. Innovative, it also takes advantage of the innovations generated in the JBL segment dedicated to professional cinemas so that it may provide the best to private cinema enthusiasts. The JBL Synthesis home cinema amp and preamp
JBL has developed several complementary ranges to handle sound in an optimal way, especially for home cinema. On the amplification side, the SDAs deliver power calculated according to the needs of your installations. From the SDA 7120 for 100W outputs, and up to 8x300 for the SDA 8300, with the class G SDA 2200 in between. Consider the SDP-58 to manage the audio signal of your cinema project: 17 channels, Dante technology and its immersive sound will convince you. Finally, if you want to go for the hybrid track of the integrated amplifier, we recommend the SDR-38. It carries on the strengths of the popular and multi-awarded SDR-35 and takes it a step further.
